Reviews
"The psychiatric staff is unprofessional, rude, and condescending. They made me feel more shame about my mental health, and often said things like "I shouldn't say I have that diagnosis". They did not provide me appropriate care, and did not listen to my requests. I never was put on a medication for anxiety that worked. I was given one option for anxiety medication, that didn't work at all, and was told other meds would give me "too many side effects". (I'm on different meds now and feel 100% better) Never was on time for virtual appointments. Instead would call me randomly, sometimes even the next day, and get upset when I didn't answer the phone. Often questioned my relationships, judged me for them, and told me to just "stay single". I'm throughly disappointed, appalled, and disgusted that this behavior was allowed at this practice. Advice: Hire more competent staff, have better and consistent training, check in with cilents by having a survey they can talk about their experience with their providers, and offer more money for the work that they do."
"I SHARED SOME PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH MY THERAPIST AND THEY QUICKLY GET TO CONTACT MY SON'S SCHOOL ( P.S. 146 Anna M. Short School) TO GOSSIP and break HIPAA LAWS ABOUT WHAT I discussed with my therapist."
