"While Dr. Kumra is certainly a competent doctor, the staff at this office is nothing of the sort. I was told repeatedly that I would receive information about my upcoming surgery and confirmation that it was scheduled and received nothing, despite calling to confirm and ask for information. Four days before the scheduled surgery, I received a message asking why I had not returned a pre-op clearance form. I never received this form or anything like it and was not informed prior what I would need to do in order to be cleared for surgery. I got no help or assistance, and when I called to say I had to cancel because of all this, all I got was "ok" and nearly hung up on before I could ask about my payment being refunded. Nobody offered any assistance, the option to postpone, or anything of the like. This is a shameful way to run a practice, and I would not recommend this practice to anyone."
