"DR Patel is the best Dr I've ever come across. He is compassionate and has a great bedside manner, he's quick when he realizes that tests need to be done. The waiting area is small and because he's so good it is always full."

"I am updating my review. Dr. Patel is wonderful. However, his personnel, especially his receptionist Ieisha, is rude, unprofessional and condescending. I've witnessed this with other patients. She's loud and spurious. Before she came in his staff use to be warm and friendly. When you call to leave a message they never relate it to him or must miss some of the information. When asking for refills it's sent to the wrong pharmacy. When you call to follow up they are the most unprofessional by fingerpointing and blaming Dr. Patel. Which was not an issue before. A lot more can be accomplished by being professional and addressing the issue rather than fingerpoint. Unfortunately, this weak customer service has interfered with my health. I avoid having to see him. I have to search for another doctor. I'm embarrassed that I have recommended him to so many people and they have come back with the same complaints. His level of expertise, bedside manner, and professionalism exceeds every doctor I have seen in my over 4 decades of life. I cannot imagine another doctor I would trust more. I can give him a timeline of events and he listens. And he knows what to do next and leads you to take control of your health. Dr. Patel continues to be an amazing doctor. His service surpasses every place I've ever been my entire life. Thank you is not enough to express my gratitude. He is so great that I have recommended friends from other boroughs and coworkers and they all have stuck with him. He is worth taking a trip to because if you are serious about your health you want someone who is serious about it as well. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and professional. He is patient in explaining what needs to be understood. Very few Drs. Like him."
