Welcome to the East Harlem Health Outreach Partnership (EHHOP), a compassionate and dedicated healthcare initiative located at the Marie-Josée and Henry R. Kravis Center for Advanced Medicine at 17 East 102nd Street, Manhattan, New York. As the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai's student-run, physician-supervised free clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality primary care to uninsured adults in the East Harlem community.

At EHHOP, we understand the challenges many face in accessing healthcare, and our mission is to bridge this gap by offering confidential and cost-free services. Our approach is rooted in empathy and respect, ensuring a safe environment where patients can actively participate in their physical and emotional well-being. We believe in building shared goals with our patients to enhance the effectiveness of our care.

Our success is a testament to the dedication and collaboration of numerous departments and individuals at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, including clinical laboratories, the Department of Radiology, and the Division of General Internal Medicine. Generous support from Mount Sinai Doctors Internal Medicine Associates and the Mount Sinai Auxiliary Board has been instrumental in providing our clinic space and equipment.
