"I was very happy with the home nursing service for my grandmother until they stopped answering the phones and switched to an answering service. I have left 3 messages of urgent matter in the last week and not one person from the office got back to me. Not even able to set up an appointment, get prescription refills or general questions. I wonder if Dr Goldstein is aware that this is happening."
"Stay as far away as possible if you can give negative stars i would. My worst mistake this is not a doctors office it a clinic in disquise. its almost impossible to get through the phone when you do you will be on hold for ever. And appointments are worthless you can expect to sit around and wait and wait. after two visits I'm done, had to file an official complaint with my insurance company & Englewood health. This place is worst then any free clinic you can go to."

"I am changing a 5-star review to a 2-star review. I will tell you that my primary care physician is an amazing woman and I have been with her for years and I had no intention of changing her but now I feel I might have to and It's upsetting. Especially when you have had the same PCP for so many years. The reason is because of the office staff. I'm not originally from New Jersey and I am not used to having all of my doctors all over the place. I would usually go to a doctor and all the other departments would be in the same building. Now I'm here in Jersey and I understand things are different and I need specialist's now and for some ungodly reason I have to go to my primary care physician for referrals every time the wind blows. That's not the issue. The issue is I am getting referrals and then I show up at a specialist office and I am told the referral never went through. This hasn't happened once this is happened three times. Now I'm filing for Social Security disability and I get a letter from them stating that the office is not responding and this could effectively kill my claim and this is my life we're talking about. Next up while I'm standing there like a freaking idiot at the Specialists offices the secretaries tell me I have to call Dr goldstein's office and when you do that phone can ring for an eternity and sometimes no one picks up or the phones are off the hook because you get a busy signal. If you want me to go all over New Jersey to see specialists and I'm paying a cab the last thing I want to find out when I get there is that the referral didn't go through or they haven't been contacted by the office staff so I am there for no reason unless I can get the staff at this office to pick up the phone. I have been really fortunate to have other doctors give me the time to sit and make phone calls to this office so the appointment would go through. There is nothing worse then showing up at other locations and then looking like an idiot who is clueless about the appointment I am currently at. I cannot understand what is going on. My pharmacies can't get a hold of them and I get phone calls asking me to get a hold of them. I don't know what happened to the office staff. I see one or two of the original people there but I'm assuming they are now in management positions and the new people have not been trained correctly and therefore the patients suffer. I have always made my appointment for the latest time in the day because the one thing that has never changed since I have been going there is you wait forever for your appointment and then you are put in a room where you wait even longer for the doctor to come into the room. So if you make the appointment to be the last one there you will get seen a little bit faster because everybody wants to go home. And as you sit in one of the examination rooms waiting for your doctor you can hear the new staff chit-chatting about other patients and random stuff they want to do when they leave and it's infuriating. I shouldn't know what's going on in the other examination rooms (Big HIPPA no no) & I certainly don't want to be waiting longer because everyone is making plans for their evening. I don't know what I'm going to do but I'm not going to tolerate this very much longer . I have given this office 5 stars for years even with the weird waiting situation but now with the changing of certain staff members in the office I will certainly have to leave if this continues. Again I love my PCP she is the best and she has this way of untangling my many issues and she has always been on top of everything I have thrown at her. To end this novel of a downgraded review all I can say is I no longer recommend this place and for a place that is open only 4 days a week you should be able to talk to somebody. On Wednesday when they're closed there should be somebody picking up the phone when they don't have people sitting there in the office requiring their attention. Maybe they could consider making Wednesday a day that they actually answer the phone. Please consider this before coming here"
