"Not sure what everyone else is referring to but the staff at Dr Badris office has been nothing but helpful and always seems pleasant and easy going. I sometimes think some patients don't think they are the cause or take some blame for themselves. I tend to believe some patients really don't know how difficult they are and just blame other people because obviously it's not the patient.... before being critical of the staff some people should evaluate themselves. I see the doc once a month and NEVER had one issue with the staff. As for Dr Badri you couldn't ask for a better doctor because I believe he actually cares about his patients and doesn't treat them like they are just an insurance claim or random chart. I've been to bad doctors offices and this ISN'T a bad office by any means."

"Staff is terrible , especially the Jay Leno looking lady she's grins and talk too people horrible , I was there and a old man when down stairs ring the bell trying to come in too make n app and she wouldn't open the door for the poor guy she kept telling him if he can't come in with out n appointment... very sad and extremely terrible"

"He has been my family doctor for any years now. But his staff is incompetent and do not like to pick up the phone during working hours. To make an appointment with doctor Badri it will takes months or days for a patient to see him."

"My mother has been a patient of Dr. Badri for many years. Dr. Badri is a sweetheart but the people he surrounds himself with are awful. The individuals answering the phone do not have a hint of customer service skills. When you ask them a question all they reply is "uh huh". The people at the front desk do not enjoy their jobs or pretend to care at least. This is a big middle finger to newcomers and to regular patients of Dr. Badri. Until the Doctor cleans up that office of the garbage he's surrounded with, he's not gonna have any more patients left. We are seriously contemplating leaving this practice also, enough of being gluttons for punishment."

"Dr Badri is an excellent doctor. Nothing but good things to say about him. Me and my family have been going to him for over 15 years however, the staff that work there are very rude, and have no people skills in customer service. They always think there right, and talk behind patients backs. In addition, they always have an attitude and try to make small problems into bigger issues. The three stars are for Dr Badri. Sad to see a great doctor with horrible staff."
