"Exceptionally well-kept. At times, it can be bustling. Nevertheless, the level of professionalism is consistently high."
"I experienced the best eye care visit. The staff members are respectful, kind, understanding and sweet to me. I will definitely be back every six months for my diabetic exam. I found the best Ophthalmologist Doctor in Washington Heights."
"I would have given zero stars if that was an option, the staff here although not rude, are very inefficient, the lack of information to the patients is grand. They make appointments and do not inform the patient of pertinent and important information. No accountability for the mess they have there. I don’t recommend this place at all, it’s my third attempt at giving them a chance to be professional but that has failed. Do not go there especially if you are coming from a different borough or coming from far, they do not care what they have booked or care to inform you of anything that matters."
"EXCELLENT care. All with whom I interacted were appropriately professional. The information from my doctor was clear and concise, and his instructions were easy to understand and follow."
"Shameful service. I am sitting at their Harlem office right now. It is 3PM and I still do not know when the doctor is going to see me. I am sitting in a small space with five other patients waiting for the same doctor. My “appointment” was at 1:45PM. I am missing time from work. I do not blame any of the employees. The culprit is the greedy capitalist that owns this business and will not hire enough doctors to meet the demand. There is a huge screen in front of us streaming nature TV. It is what they use to placate us. They finally called one of us in."
