"Dr. Zambon, have provided my husband Larry Alexander with excellent care and service for 28 years. We highly recommend him. He really cares about your overall health concerns, and well-being."
"Just had the WORST experience with any doctor I've ever had. I have seen Dr. Zambon numerous times during Covid and it was a pleasant experience. I have been experiencing migraine headaches and came back to him since he has my medical history for the last three years even though I moved. As I arrived into the office with an appointment...had asked several times before on phone about my new insurance plan and told, " yes, we take it" I was greated in an inhospitable manner by the desk. I was questioned on my copay/ deductible. I even called twice to my insurance and they told me only copay. I put them on phone with Mr. Zambon and was able to overhear how RUDE he was to the insurance rep and how rude he was to me after he walked out his office. I don't know what happened to this office, but the energy here has turned dark and disrespectful. This office is NOT CONCERNED WITH YOUR HEALTH, BUT ONLY MONEY. He was focused on getting my money even though I already work hard and have full coverage. I DO NOT recommend this practice. Dont expect to receive respectful medical care!! Be warned! I will be chosing a new Dr. A PLEASANT ONE."
"My 1 star is not for the doctor he is amazing, my zero star is for the hispanic black lady who is a negligent. I leave a message last week for my prescription to be fix, I have Diabetes type 1, the dose they send is not what I need, I use 15 units and they send 5 units, thats ok a mistake, but I called last week and this morning and I have been without medication, couple of days so my sugar is too high and this Woman I know did not tell nothing to the doctor and I will have to wait to the end of the day when the pharmacy is closed!!!!!!"
"I scheduled through ZocDoc and the office said they didn't have access to the insurance paperwork I'd already submitted through the site, nor did they (like other docs on ZocDoc) contact me prior to the visit. That would have been fine, except that I didn't realize I had to call insurance and have my primary care recoded for the visit...that wasn't an option for reasons I explained. It's definitely possible that I misunderstood something (and in fact, I assume I did!) but I haven't had access to adequate medical care in quite some time and was pretty much immediately dismissed. Docs don't seem to understand that when a patient seems difficult, they may be someone who is routinely denied help or explanations in medical settings. It's not smart or ethical to dismiss people for being difficult, 'do no harm' applies to people you don't like or can't treat."
"This man is clearly a scam artist . I scheduled an appointment on ZocDoc, and received an email confirmation. When I got to the appointment almost an hour early his receptionist for one was super rude and stated she had to leave and walked out while I was waiting to sign in, super rude, along with the other Two young ladies who were sitting up front. On top of that one lady stated that I could only pay my copay in cash (suspect) . So, I had to go to the ATM machine to get the $30.00 copay. Who doesn't take debit cards in 2018????? Nevertheless, once I returned with my copay the doctor stated he didn't see my appointment in his system,( I had the email confirmation) and he could only see me if I paid a copay of $1,000. Excuse me??? I called my provider, who also told him my regular doctor visit copay is ONLY $30 which he clearly didn't want to comprehend and was looking to take my money. I left and went to another doctor who seen me right away with my $30 copay that was stated on my insurance card. Please don't go to Dr. Roberto Zambon. And, if you do please make sure he is charging you the correct price for your visit."
