"***THIS REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH DR ENU*** I want to preface this review by saying ive never been seen by Dr. Enu. I havent been to the doctor in almost a decade. Recently had a medical concern I need to get checked so I called Dr Enu's since thats who my insurance company assigned as my primary care doctor. I am in no way exaggerating when I say I have never in my life had an experience like I did today on the phone with whichever female worker picked up the phone. And never wouldve expected it from a doctos office. This began from the MOMENT the phone was picked up Hands down one of the rudest, most disrespectful people ive EVER encountered in ANY situation, whether that be a professional environment or not. To the point where I had to hang up the phone and call my insurance company to change my primary doctor. Whichever worker was picking up the phone on 8/8/22 around 10:45-11am should be fired IMMEDIATELY. She has NO business working in ANY customer service job. This seems to have been going on for quite some time according to previous reviews from multiple years prior to today. Absolutely disgusting."

"I've been seeing Dr. Enu for over 20 years. He's a doctor that takes his time with you and wants to know everything that is wrong with you. He will refer you too a specialist if need be if necessary. Dr. Enu, is worth the wait and time when it comes to your health."

"I wouldn’t even give him a one star if I could’ve helped it. It’s not him personally, because he is an excellent doctor and very knowledgeable, but the attitude of the staff the wait time, and the overbooking and overcrowding of patients, was utterly ridiculous. I don’t know what happened between the time I first started going to him until the time I stopped, but it is not good. There are not many black doctors out here so the ones that are available, should be just as excellent as their counterparts in all areas of their business. A lot of unprofessionalism going on. I had started seeing him when I was 18; I’m now 59 and finally couldn’t take waiting 5 hours to see him with an appointment! I’ve since moved on 5 years ago to a doctor that I am so grateful for."

"First visit horrible. Dr. Enu, Semi -Professional staff was absolutely disrespectful, uncaring and lacking professionalism. Un-willing to assist with insurance issues, My mother-in law is a long term patient and is now 92 years old. Now waiting for acces A ride pick up past 6:00pm. Didn't make pick up timeeven when they were informed. HORRIBLE! and they're worrying about money. HORRIBLE!"

"Dr. Enu is very knowledgeable in regards to his patients needs and always does whats best for me. He takes person interest in my health and that's very much appreciated. The staff is very helpful and cordial. For a small office, they are thorough."
