"I had the worst experience with Columbia Doctors. They are unorganized, not detailed orientated, poor scheduling, and bad customer service. I had an MRI scheduled for my right knee, and had to wait 2 hours. There was nothing wrong with the MRI machine, and living in Staten Island, i ended up missing the last express bus. My appointment was scheduled at 5:00 pm, and wasn't seen until nearly 6:40 pm. I was at their office 40 minutes early to fill out any paper. I spoke with two other patients, and they too were waiting like 2 hours to get their x-rays done. The technician had an attitude problem. Than this morning I received a text saying my summary care report was ready. I looked over the report and noticed that they had the wrong knee listed. Very unprofessional. Next time i need an MRI done, I am going elsewhere."

"Bad hospital dental department I've been doing my mouth for 3/4yrs now. And im still in the same place I started. They couldnt find my payments in the system saying I ddnt pay the amount I stated. Thank God I have my receipts they wanted to give me false denture instead of my original plan that the dentist who has graduated now talked about. Leaving me with kissing dentures , broken teeth in my gum and 2 implant post. And he left and went back to his country. He used me as a Guinea pig"
