It wasn't until I filed a fraud/complaint through Paypal did I receive confirmation. Then I needed to return an item and emailed John directly and still haven't heard 10 days later on the process. Called the store which was zero help....."John just left, can't help you". DO NOT ORDER ONLINE......IT'S TERRIBLE!!"
