"Fun place! Not only do they have ice cream, but they also sell Italian ices, candy, and baked goods! The only catch is that they only take cash. Be aware of this!"

"We ordered the bubble waffle cone. The girl who gave us the cone, also gave us a cup. Without telling us what the cup was for. After she gave us the cone filled with ice cream. My daughter was holding her cone with a shopping bag on her wrist when the ice cream DRIPPED from the bottom of the cone bc she didn’t put the cone into the cup. Instead gave us a cup after the fact and didn’t tell us why she gave us the cup. My daughter is very upset bc the shopping bag is her graduation dress now filled with ice cream. The clerk didnt even have the decency to apologize for this mishap."

"My son and 7 of his friends went to this candy store over Memorial Day weekend. I gave my son cash for him and his friends to buy candy as it was his birthday celebration. When my son went to reach into his pocket to pull out the cash for the group, one of the owner's (woman) started screaming at him, accusing him of stealing. The other owner (man) then walked over to the group, grabbed candy out of one of the other boy's hands, and PUSHED that boy towards the door. My son then pulled the cash out fully from his pocket and showed them what he was trying to do. The owners did not apologize. They took payment, and the boys left and informed me what happened. My son has been buying candy at that store for over 10 years. We will never go back, and we have told our friends on the island as well, who will never go back. It is never ok to push anyone, let alone a kid."

"Remembered having their bubble cones a few years ago and was so excited to go back. Just wanted a kid sized scoop in the waffle and the staffer told me it would be $11. Then the girl at the register asked if I had the big or small one. I did not know a small one was an option and told them I wanted to switch. They had poured the waffle batter but the ice cream was not in the cone yet and certainly not in my hand yet. They said because the batter had been poured I had to pay. I complained to the manager because I shouldn’t have to pay more because his staff isn’t trained properly and didn’t offer that as an option. I would have accepted him telling me that the staff was new and not trained yet. But he said they were right. $11 later and the ice cream was horrible. There are 2 other ice cream shops on the block - pick one of those instead."

"The slide was a blast. I think that was my favorite part.tickets weren't to expensive. Parking lot was was very deep pot holes. Not sure why these pictures are attached to this location these are from NH ice castles not NY."
