It was convenience to me. I been going there since 15 years i live in neighborhood. Last week i went in store got chips, soda, bread, cookies, candy etc ( i stop buying coffee and soda bz machines so dirtyy, coffee burnt taste ) Last week i had free coffee coupon from 711 rep from other store, I think he was doing grand opening at that 711 When I give 711 coffee coupon at this 711 store cashier He charged me .76cents after he scanned coffee coupon.. I asked him thats free coffee coupon, your 711 guy give me. Cashier rudely told me that's the price, nothing is free in America. You have to pay tax on free coffee coupon. I asked him .76 cents tax?? how come thats too much tax ??cashier told me that s his BOSS PRICE HE IS DOING WHAT HIS BOSS TOLD HIM AND MADE PRICES. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN CASE HE WANTS TO CHARGE ME TAX IT WAS .31CENTS TAX. I left everything on counter and left store without buying anything a n d coffee at the store counter too . WHAT A RIP OFF. THIS STORE OWNER AND CASHIER ARE CROOK THIEF, RIPPING PEOPLE OFF ON 711 BRAND NAME . SHAME ON 711 UNDER THIER BRAND NAME THIS STORE OWNER RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF. SHAME. BAD NAME FOR 711 BRAND. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS 711 ANYMORE AND TELL MY NEIGHBORS TOO HOW CROOK THIS STORE OWNER AND CASHIERS ARE. SHAME ON THEM . DONT GO THERE :(:( SMH ."

"Two different times have went into the 7-Eleven and had the worst experience at a 711 a national chain store that I have ever had in my life the same man every time has the worst customer service. He is a very nasty individual. He works at night time I’ll tall brown skin man with black hair or a short haircut, and he keeps being at the register. He raises his voice and yells at women and when you yell back, he curses in a becomes the victim. This is a very bad person who does not need to work for national company.
