Best Buy

"By far the worst place I’ve been to. No one is working. It’s like I’m walking into a crime scene. I walk in and there’s no one in the store. On top of that I had to wait at least an hour for some thing that I wanted, but I waited all that time just for them to tell me that they didn’t have any in stock. All the workers were upfront talking to each other as I was waiting 45 minutes just to find either a product or an employee. I do not recommend going here. You’ll be very disappointed. I’ve never seen a place with such a lazy workers and poor work ethic."

"I had a hard time finding someone to help me until I went to the TV section. The gentleman (I didn't catch his name) was helpful in looking for a sound bar for a Christmas present for my brother in law. The only thing I'm not happy about is that if I need to return it, I only have till mid January. But other then that I enjoy shopping there."

"BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MO(Mohamed) at Best Buy tried to scam me!!! Tried to tell me I get 2 years of product protection with their total membership until I read the fine print and it was only one year he tried to tell me the MacBook Apple care would come out free!!! He was trying to price match with Amazon and add the total membership such a scam fire this guy immediately"

"Parked outside Best Buy hardly anybody there! When I went inside they were very few customers looking for customer service ....the major problem was they had nobody that worked there to help you I grabbed one guy as he walked past me and he told me he was out to lunch! So I guess finally after 15 minutes I saw another worker and asked him about what I wanted to buy and he was more than happy to help but the attitude and the lack of helpers is just not good! So all in all I'd say on a scale of 1 to 10 they rate about a 2....... Not happy ,not helpful,not going back!!!!!!"
