"today i have experienced the BEST customer service, HANDS DOWN! I was on the hunt for a birthday dress for my 30th coming up. i came across the perfect dress but could not find my size. Cindy went above and beyond and even further. Not only did she check to see if it was available online, in a different store, she saw my size was available somewhere in the store. At the time she had several employees check and they were unable to locate the dress. She took down my name and phone number and advised she would call me back once she was able to find the dress. No more than an hour later, to my surprise Cindy calls me and tells me she found the dress! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO CINDY FOR STAYING TRUE TO HER WORD AND ALSO PROVIDING GREAT SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!
