"There is no better auto parts store. I went in yesterday with a broken trailer hub and while these guys are always helpful. They took a step further in my book yesterday. Without too much detail, they helped/allowed me to get my broken bolts out while I was there and were super patient and willing to help me. After all, I didn’t even end up buying anything because they didn’t have enough of the bolts I needed in stock at the moment. Probably bc they’re a trusted and busy place, and everyone who knows about them goes there. But they helped me find them at another local business and without their help yesterday, me and my business would have been in big trouble. Big thank you to Michael, Steven and everyone at Bud Shore. They’re really a step above any auto parts store. These guys are experts, they know what you need and if they don’t, they do everything they can to try and find out.
