"What happens to the employed ladies? They are the rudest and most scandalous I have ever met in a store. This afternoon I went to buy a gift for Mother's Day and when I was leaving the store after making my purchase, my jacket accidentally rubbed against a soap dispenser and fell to the floor. When I saw it, I picked it up and placed it Back in its place, the product did not break, it was intact, but a dark-skinned employee said out loud that "it was terrible how I could have dropped it." I said sorry to them on two occasions and another older employee said wow in a scandalous voice, insinuating that I had voted for it on purpose when I turned around. They were more concerned that a glass dispenser that fell to the floor would not break than the well-being and care of a customer in the event of an accident of this type. It is unfair to be treated like this when anyone can accidentally drop a product. I don't think I was the only person to whom this happened. It's really unpleasant to go shopping in this store where the same women judge others and treat them badly. I have always spent a lot of money in this store on several occasions but now I feel that the service is more offensive with these ladies who have bad employee experience and a bad time that they put customers through by doing this type of shows in front of other customers to draw attention."

"Usually love going to this store as most of the staff is friendly and helpful. However about a month ago my friend and I were in the store just browsing looking at items when we were approached by multiple employees asking if we needed help, we said no that we were just browsing. Then another older lady employee asked us and when we said no we were just browsing she very sarcastically said “yea ok just looking around”. This made us very upset as we are recurring customers at this store and had never had a problem before. Did not like the insinuation that we were stealing and made us very uncomfortable thinking about coming back again"

"I really liked it because I was going there for birthday shopping for my mom and I got a candle. I also went shopping there for Mother's day and I walked around smelling this candle and that candle. The one lady who rung me up treated me really great and I was surper impressed. But I really liked smelling all the candles"

I am gonna come back and buy the shower Gel since I am allergic to male products like Cremo and Nivea. Thank you again for creating the best store ever."
