"rudest manager i’ve ever met. asked three employees if anyone could open a room for me and BRI, the manager unfortunately, responds with “she’s not on shift right now” referring to a girl who’s on her break and was buying stuff. she says nothing else. i stay silent for a moment then i ask again if anyone could open a room for me whenever they can but Bri cuts me off, gives me the nastiest attitude saying she’ll be with me when she can and i calmly tell her there’s no need to be rude because i asked nicely and then says “okay now you can wait”. i had no problem waiting it’s the attitude and how she proceeded to call me entitled when speaking to her co workers while i’m waiting right there, minutes pass until someone yells at Bree to open a room for me, lol. i simply wanted a room i have nothing to do with how bad her day probably was. do better Bri, other people aren’t as forgiving."

"Fitting rooms are closed & no returns allowed, just store credit? Why even bother buying anything. The two girls working were extremely rude and condescending towards me as well."

"Absolutely terrible customer service and employees attempted to scam me out of money. While ringing up a shirt that only cost $3.00, the cashier proceeded to talk in spanish telling her coworker she would charge me over 3 times the original price of the shirt. This is incredibly unprofessional and crooked. These girls are scammers and should not be trusted. This location has terrible employees who attempt to scam their customers for cheap, low quality clothing. I am disgusted by the behavior I witnessed and the blatant attempts to scam me. To the cashier who attempted to scam me today, you are a horrible, disgusting, deceiving human being and you should be ashamed of yourself for attempting to scam an innocent shopper."

"Poor customer service, every time I go in there an employee has always been rude and snotty. I don't recommend shopping here if customer service is important to you. I definitely don't think I will be shopping here again."
