"I know holidays are a struggle for employees but went there this past Friday and was almost scammed by a worker and was given the wrong shoes… came back to explain how the scam almost happened and was given a very rude attitude. Unfortunate because I only shop there for sneakers and I no longer feel comfortable giving my business there."

"I went to this store to get a shoe for my son. He wanted the Jordan 3 that just came out. I asked for my son's size and the guy brought the shoes, but he took it directly to the register and told my son he can not try it on and he has to pay and take the shoes. I was not happy with the new policy. I don't care what the new policy is, but I am not buying anything without trying it on. I took my business somewhere else to Footlockers and we did a purchase of $300 there. REMEMBER: we pay your salary and you have to please the customer and you just loose one."

"I love this store, mainly for its name: one of my best friends is named JD Davids. Aside from that, I'm not really liking this store. The sales reps are cute, but when I was trying on a pair of shoes and ask if they came in wide, the kids said he didn't know what that was. He had never heard of a shoe coming in a wide size, and he was the one miss you section."

"It's usually extremely difficult to find a comfortable shoe for my children, they have wide feet and are very picky. I had such a great experience at store 868! The customer service is AMAZING! The staff was very helpful and thanks to the knowledge of John the manager we left with smiles, new shoes and we learned about what shoes would be a better fit!
