"The experience kind of varies here, some employees are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. But on days before holidays or on sales, everything comes crumbling down. I saw a woman working with 3 customers at once, and us as well."

"Very miserable employees here. Asked a simple question to a woman in the shoe department and she was so incredibly nasty to me. I guess answering questions is too intrusive and disruptive to sales associates. Won't be buying anything here anytime soon and will tell others to avoid."

"Macy's in Lake Grove N. Y has amazing customer service employees. I went in to return something that I had purchased for my granddaughter that she is not going to wear and I did not have the receipt the gentleman behind the counter asked me if I knew which card I had put it on and I told him and he was able to look it up and credit me the amount of the item otherwise I would have lost money on it cuz it was less expensive at that point I thank them so very much and I was so extremely happy Macy's you have my business you are wonderful thank you"

"Very pricey which was expected, originally was going for backstage but they didn't have any fedoras which is what I was looking for. Went to the men's section, found fedoras on the mannequins but all were too big. Asked quite a few employees and was told no they don't sell them. When clearly they did. One employee finally said just what's on the mannequins, take it off if that's the one u want. Think the employees should've known if they do or don't instead of walking all over the place not knowing. One employee in the men's section was wearing a fedora so I asked him if he got that here, was told no but did advise where to go get them and was very sweet helpful informative caring (sexy I might add lol) appreciate employees like him. More should be like that!"

"First time back since before COVID-19. Loved to see all the new styles and colors. Very sad to see only a skeleton crew. Only one register open and workers that were not familiar with the store. I miss the days of a personal shopper coming over with a smile and helping you pick the perfect items."
