"whoever was working cashier 12/16/2023, around 6:30-6:50 PM on the right register at the Smith Haven Mall (when you are facing the cashier) with dark hair with glasses was extremely rude, rolled her eyes at the customers, and overall should not be working upfront. i get that it’s holiday season and it’s crazy in the stores, but as an employee you do not roll your eyes and give customers nasty looks. it’s extremely disrespectful and whoever trained her did a poor job. get some better workers for cashier and put the nasty ones on the floor n have them organize stuff or go in the back instead of leaving poor tastes in peoples mouths when they leave your store. i love hollister but it’s workers like that that ruin the reputation of a franchise."
