"The woman who works there is just relentless with trying to upsell me stuff. I just wanted protein powder and she pulls out fish oil and says I should be taking it. I tell her I'm not interested then she tries to sell me a monthly supply of men's multivitamins. Again not interested. At this point I was trying to be nice but once she kept on insisting I buy a certain powder which was double the price. That's when I left. She literally wouldn't ring me up. It was ridiculous. Never again."

"I had one of the worst experiences one can have when dealing with a return. I was returning an item for my aunt because she is to sick to leave her home. I settled for store credit because the detective behind the desk did not believe this item belonged to anyone I knew. I was fine with that. While I was shopping for something to exchange I was asked to prove the legitimacy of my aunts cancer diagnoses and that was really the last straw. I rather throw out the protein then ever be involved in investigation the bored, lonely, unhappy gnc staff decided to partake in this morning."

Tom the manager took his time with me saved a lot of money by upgrading the the Pro Access membership and I earned over $45 back to use next time would definitely recommended shopping with them. "I highly recommend this location solely because of the incredible staff. Particularly, the assistant manager, Johnny, and Tom, the store manager. They are always accommodating and make me feel extremely valued as a Pro Access member. Johnny recommended the Ripped Women’s vitamin pack and I’ve lost 30 lbs. After all the coupons and sales, they help you end up with the best deal possible. It’s the only GNC I’ll go to, because when you walk in, they greet you and make the experience always a great one.
