"I never leave comments, but of all the pharmacies I have been to, this place have been the most efficient. First of all, they answer the phone. If I need to pick up, I never have to wait long compared to other pharmacies. Their staff is friendly, they communicate and always willing to help. It’s hard to find a pharmacy that makes a difference in the community and this duane reade really stands out. I hope they keep up the good work."

"Honestly I never had an issue with this pharmacy however my Spanish speaking mother recently went and needed help with a product that was locked. She asked a female that was working there for assistance and the worker became irritated and started yelling at my mother asking if she didn’t see the button to press she went as far as saying are you dumb ?? I’m very upset that I wasn’t there and this happened to my mom because I would’ve made it a bigger issue. Moving forward this store need to properly train their workers. That’s literally their job to help the customers. Disgusting!"

"As a store, the staff is friendly and pretty helpful, unfortunately the prices for everything are pretty extreme, and the pharmacy is a true demonstration where health meets late stage capitalism. CVS is much cheaper for most medications, but this store is more efficient as they less burdened by customers."

"The pharmacy is never open when it supposed to be and neither is Store. This is now the third time that I’ve come to get medication for my son that was custom ordered to the store and haven’t been able to access it. Don’t send your prescriptions here"
