"hi everyone, I wanted to fill up at the Mobile gas station at 1935 coney island in Brooklyn and they refused to fill me up because I pay them with a $1 bill and they say that the managers didn’t want to talk about this, is it really easy for them to ignore customers and send them away I really not happy with this customer service!!!"

"i went to burger king they asked me to pay for my order it was between around 9:30 pm to 10 pm last nigh 12/10/2023. i gave them $100 dollars they were closing shift and a bengali cashier was returning me $2 back when i ask him that i gave you $100 then he said ok and he gave me my money back. i went ot soda machine there was no coke available when i told them on the cashier counter they advice me to take different soda .i told them that i dont want different i want only coke they said we are out of coke classic. then they were trying to refund and they cant refund they were sending me to burger king back and forth and then again to main cashier and then again to burger king cashier then again to main cashier. finally burger king cashier gave me new receipt to pay. I went to main cashier .it was $15.20 cents .i paid him already. He said I made a big issue on soda i should have buy other soda. main cashier started to argue that I am playing games with him I told him sir this is unacceptable u can not talk to customer like that. I would never recommend this place do not go into this place. its a worse place to deal with"

"wouldn’t recommend . literally The Mobil station use to be my go to place for Gas and food since they have a burger king inside the Bolla market of course but over time they have been hiring incompetent people and ppl who don’t know what customer service is .Also Burger King part like to open and close when they feel , only allowing pick up orders from delivery apps . another thing what’s the point of offering Rewards when the machine at counters don’t work or the worker doesn’t know how to use the screen behind counter . Also one of the most dirtiest Bathrooms i’ve ever seen . it literally smells like the project elevator with visible Urine on floor and toilet seat. one of the worst CS comparing to the other mobil bolla station locations . even though i saw the signs and told myself to take my “business “ else where but again i’m shown why i should cut off coming back to this location ."

"The service (gas) station is one of the busiest stations in the area. Probably because the are the lowest priced. The Bolla Market is clean and run very well. If I had to find fault for something I would say the restroom is a little on the dirty side."

"Having traveled a great deal in my life, I've rarely experienced such awesome customer service, cleanliness and attention to details as I did when I patronized this establishment. An employee by the name of Shahid Ali was especially exemplary in the service and assistance he provided. My simple trip turned into a surprisingly pleasant experience. I hope this Bolla Market continues to maintain the the standards that they currently seem to uphold. I will certainly return."
