"I brought my iPad here for a screen replacement. When I picked it up the button on the iPad was sunken into the device (wasn’t like that prior) so I was unable to use it. I brought it back to the store to get fixed and I was told to come back the next day, I came back the next day and it wasn’t ready. Sunday they’re closed so I went back Monday. When I got there the worker had just replaced the screen and told me that my button was been like that, (lies), moral of the story the iPad button is still messed up. On top of that the screen replacement was done horribly. Won’t be back here very unprofessional, the customer service in the past was way better smh."

The owner needs to stop hiring incompetent young boys and hire someone with actual experience in the field so that someone other than himself can assist with customers. "Extremely unprofessional. Dread behind the counter is unfamiliar with job requirements, really seem like he’s there for fun opposed to work. I was told my device would be fixed by the next day, when I called on the next day I was informed by unprofessional dread that it should be completed soon and I would be contacted back. 2 days later and I still haven’t heard from anyone at the location and when I called 2 minutes ago I was informed that I had to wait until after lunch before I could receive a response to whether or not my device which was paid in full was ready to be picked up or not."
