"Customer service has always been questionable but today the security wouldn't let people in at 7:22. The store is advertised to close at 8. There were 10 people outside... some were trying to retrieve the bags they forgot at security. In the time it took to figure out why we couldn't speak to a manager I could've picked up the one thing I came for and left."
