"They refused my Amazon return, claiming it was oversized, despite the UPS size restrictions for Access points allowing packages up to 32" long or 20 kg. They didn't even measure or weigh it. I reported the store to the corporate office. The middle-aged attendant with glasses needs to learn customer service and adhere to actual policies. My package was only 18" long and 15 kg."

"The customer service that they have at this place is awful. They don’t give back refunds when it’s the cashier makes a mistake with the price. I bought something worth only $3 and the person behind the counter charged me 9 TIMES THE AMOUNT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE MY DEAD GRANDMOTHER WOULDN’T MAKE A MISTAKE LIKE THAT. But even then I understand mistakes happen but when it’s clearly the cashier’s fault you have to make it right by giving the customer back their money. Also they have a big attitude problem. I still don’t have my refund and some people in that job need to be fired because a mistake like that is insane. And also they blame customers for their own mistakes. I would like to speak with a manager today to resolve this issue. Now I CAN’T GO TO WORK."
