"- 30 minute wait for the wrong order twice.. Got my order wrong after asking me again what I wanted. 12 mins later after remaking it they gave me the ketchup and mayo instead of marinara like I asked. But they didn't put tomato or lettuce in my burger.... And they gave me the cold soggy fries from the first mistake. Pretty sure they put marinara on my burger again but the guy scraped it off after being told by his coworker no marinara. Will not come back."
"I frequently shop here because it's close to my work and I changed my diet and started drinking more of the natural juice so this where I go the prices are high and the staff is nice however one of the store managers did not treat me nicely when my juice was made with ginger in it when I didn't ask for ginger. Now if I would have experienced an allergic reaction it would not be nice because I asked for my drink to be re made and he didn't. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied because I didn't get what I paid for so I have stopped going here for about 3mths now. One day soon I hope to return and get treated better."
"Experienced extreme racism in the store today . A cashier wrongfully accused me of theft. I come to this store for deli food at least once a week for the past year I’ve been living here . I was paying for my deli food at the register and after tapping my card to pay for the transaction I went to grab my food off the register. When I placed my hand on top off the food container the cashier slaps her hand on top of mine and jerks the container away as if I was stealing . Then she proceeds to yell” the transaction didn’t go through you have to pay”!This was a form of assault along with racism. The cashier could have simply just made the statement without hitting my hand then aggressively grabbing the container. She attempted to portray me as a thief and I heard her say in Arabic to her colleague that I was trying to steal, as she assumes I don’t understand Arabic because of my race. My experience here was horrible and have never went back since ."
"Delivery trucks are constantly parked in the bike lane on the Vanderbilt side of this market. I see it every day as I commute to work by bike. This a violation of law but also of common civility. Coupled with the massive ongoing construction at Vanderbilt & Atlantic, these trucks are putting cyclists in danger. Please figure out a different way to get your deliveries."
