"Stores conveniently up the block use to be a regular but the mother of that store claimed she seen my brother put something in his pocket (his phone) on camera. She ran up to him accused him, he emptied pockets just to show her she’s wrong and was def making it up, she apologized. Honestly, no one wants an apology, u seen us there manny timessssss shopping. Falsely accused my brother, ran up on him, screaming (f’n embarrassing) but mumbles sorry? APOLOGIES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE AS LOUD AS THE DISRESPECT! Besides the plants in front there’s nothing unique… u can literally get better at Home Depot. I originally deleted my review but being darker skin. it’s best ppl know what they’re walking into. the stores name isn’t the same as it is on google maps, weird isn’t it? Also as u see the reviews are from a certain type. U can tell ppl to come back to exchange, thank them for positive feed back, and whisper sorry to my brother. I see his review, nothing."

"If you are a shade of brown or like to where a hoody I would not recommend this place at all I put my phone in my pocket and the woman at the register goes running to where I’m reading the lotion , then asked what’s in my pocket I show her my phone she walks back to the register no apology or anything. The younger staff members there are very very rude and you should count your change."

"I really liked the largeness (at least in terms of discount stores in jamaica avenue it’s large as space is congested & limited on that strip of road as opposed to the more spacious hillside ave.) of the store for being where it’s at it’s big. There’s mostly brand new items household products,souvenirs,toys,stationary,accessories,snacks,drinks,toiletries,batteries,electrical little stuff etc. they have it all,but also a few unexpected yet really lovely unopened new condition 90s & early 2000’s items. The owners are very welcoming & easygoing & they don’t have crazy rules of must spend a fortune to make a purchase using a credit/debit card. I bought a few stuff the two times i went really loved the retro dolls & the souvenirs were so pretty & very fair prices better than expected. I don’t go as often as i’d now like to go here as Jamaica is out of the way for me & i don’t really like too many stores out there,but if i stop by in passing i’ll try to stop again. Definitely,recommend Giant USA market it’s a really well put discount shop with very good customer service, a rarity to have a pleasant experience shopping in many shops with rude cashiers or owners,though that’s not the case here, it was an enjoyable shopping experience both times."

"This store is probably one of those few gems I have seen in Jamaica. I have bought butter plates to even birthday cards from here, and could not be happier with the quality of their products. Reasonable prices and superb customer service!"
