Reviews
"They never have what i want in stock, and their customer service is awful for no reason. Today the girl behind the counter gave me the most acrid attitude just because i wanted to return $9 worth of travel soap bottles because I didnt need them. Acting like they gonna lose all their KPIs over one return. Absolutely unprofessional, and ill try my best to shop at literally any other muji than this location. Idk whats up but yall really need to step it up over there"
"Items are of pretty standard quality, the store is well organized. I went midday on a weekday. It was pretty empty but salespeople were curt and rude so I didn’t bother purchasing anything here. I’ll spend my money elsewhere"
"Customer service at this location is bad. It feels like you’re interrupting from their real job of folding clothes and putting away merchandise. The final indignity was when their systems went down the other day and they couldn’t process any transactions. There was no solution, apology, or estimation of when things might be fixed. The vibe from the cashier was like it was my problem that I wanted to buy something."
"Loved this store ! It’s always clean and neat and the staff is great ! The manager Nicole is very nice! It’s nice to walk into a store where there is great service!"
"It’s fine. It’s a typical Muji store with all the regular stuff you would expect from Muji. Clothes are utilitarian and mostly monochromatic. Desk supplies are basic designs with clean expected lines and colors. Nothing really new in the past several years but that’s not necessarily a bad thing."
