"I am very disappointed in this Walgreens- I am going to write an email to corporate and also I was and Farhad and the Filipino lady named Kelly for lying over 10 dollars- they stole my money- I went back twice to see if they would finally be honest and give me back my money and they didn’t- so it must be worth losing your job over it. I gave the lady 20 dollars and my total was 7.30 but she gave me back 2.70 and I said miss I gave you a twenty. She called Farhat’s supervisor over and he pulled the camera which clearly showed I gave her a twenty and still they didn’t want to give me back my money. I’m asking for an internal investigation to these thieves"
"My physician on 75 AV ( Forest Urgent Care) used to send my e- prescription to this specific Walgreens pharmacy across the Queens blvd but every experience is a total disappointment. First time around, I was told my prescription would be ready in about 2 hours. Comes time to pick up the prescription, I was told that I failed to give them the permission or something to that nature for them to order my prescription - WHAT?... and since then, no matter what prescription my physician prescribed, this Walgreens do not have them, or take DAYS to fill, period. And their shelves are practically empty of everything and anything. Corporate should really clean this place up, as there is no doubt this is a great location for a business being ruined by its’ staff. CVS by 71-Continental Avenue subway station fills everything in an hour no questions asked."
"The worst pharmacy ever. They consistently mess up medication orders, insurance information and they don't talk to you on the phone. They put me on hold literally all day and then hung up twice. Hours wasted! At this point it seems intentional. Please support the local pharmacy right next door, since their staff do not care about customer service at all. I tried to have the prescription transferred to another pharmacy, and they put the other pharmacy on hold for 20 minutes. Absolutely unbelievable."
"This is the most poorly run Walgreens location I've ever been to. You're never able to get anyone on the phone at the pharmacy and then when you're there, there are always long lines. I was on hold with the pharmacy for 33 minutes today to no avail. Then, when I went to the pharmacy to speak to someone, there was a sign up saying the pharmacy was closed due to "technical issues". I've transferred all my Rx's over to a CVS in my neighborhood."
"Absolute worst pharmacy I've been to. For whatever reason, they only have one line for both prescription pick ups and vaccines. If a customer has any issue with their prescription, and rightfully asks questions or tries to have it resolved, it holds up the entire line as they won't open another register (despite having the staff). I just spent 20 minutes despite being 3rd in line, and there were about 10 people behind me, some of whom had vaccine appointments booked for a half hour earlier. The front of the store isn't any better, they just won't call for another register to open when there is a buildup of customers."
