"I bought three electric items for Christmas. Unfortunately none of them work. I brought them back to the store and the lady asked me that when I bought them, She was very rude to me... she told me that she wouldn't change it. She didn't look me in the face, ignoring me totally. She retired and left me talking alone like “we done you can go” I brought the three items just as I bought them and in the same case and wrapping. So there no way that they can not recognize it. Really bad service and experience for me. I left the three items on the counter and told them, I don't need them, they don't work. I looked back and saw the rough lady taking them."

"An average discount store. Half of this store is clothing. They seem to have AC. They sell discontinued triclosan toothpaste."

"I was a repeat customer and purchased multiple items from this location over the years And never had an issue until recently one item in particular I wanted to exchange and the clerk behind the register was extremely rude and would ignore me and my questions I asked to speak with a manager and she told me he or she was on vacation to come back the following week thinking if the manager seen the item and spoke to me directly he or she would make an exception I returned he following week as directed and the same clerk was there who again said the manager was not around after polity going back and forth with her to contact a manager on the phone I’d like to speak with them and I do not want to return again or wait another week to resolve the matter she finally gets on the phone with I don’t know whom since she wouldn’t allow me to speak with them or know what was said since she was speaking in another language not familiar to me she than hangs up and says no exchange and waves me off. I than ask her for the address and phone number to the establishment so that I may report them to the better business bureau and she continues to be nasty to me in her responses when I tell her that she doesn’t have to be so rude I could just google it and get the info why not just write it down for me at this point I’m frustrated and feel beyond unappreciated as a paying customer I decided to just make the exchange and they can contact the police if they felt it necessary and we can deal with it that way I get to the door one employee decided to lock me in the store while the clerk come from behind me and attack’s me physically and than took the item I initially paid for back as well. I would not recommend anyone to visit this location and spend their hard earned money cause you are not valued or respected as the paying customer you are. And I still haven’t spoken to or have been reached out to by any member of upper management. I am looking into a civil suit for the attack from the employee. I strongly urge any and everyone to avoid this location and finding yourself in such an ugly predicament."
