"This location by far has one of the worst Manager representing the company. I am writing to express my frustrations with a recent experience I had at this store. The reason why I am writing today is to bring to your attention that store Manager Priscilla has been Dismissive Discriminating and has Harassed me yesterday afternoon. I alway shop at different 5 Below stores. Yesterday my partner and I shopped at the store. As he was still shopping I had sat down on a chair that I was trying out to see if it was sturdy enough to buy. She saw me and approached me by saying ((You can not seat there this is not a furniture store for you to be resting in)). I explained why I was seating there. And also telling her I had gone to two other locations looking for an item. She then turned her back and started to walk away as I was speaking to her completely ignoring what I was saying. She came back as I said this is poor customer service. Mrs. Priscilla then walked back and as I was speaking to her she answered (( ARE YOU FINISHED)). This is terrible customer service I will not be going back to that store. 5 Below stores should not have people like this working for them. It just gives the company a very bad name vibe reputation."
"Check out is a tedious task at this store. The associates rush items and do not let you check prices when items are being scanned. They also immediately chose your payment method that you cannot change yourself. I had to wait then to have the associate change the method. If you don't want people to have autonomy or agency in the checkout, they never should have put in self checkout."
"Lady Gianni was rude when I asked her about buying a sample perfume. There wasn’t any box for it nor was there another one sealed. So upon her telling me they don’t sell the sample she takes it out of my hand rather letting me hand it to her. That made me not even want to buy the other items I had in my hand I put it down and left I won’t go back there again !"
"This Company should go right out of Business. I came here to purchase Birthday Balloons for my Father and I asked the only Person that seems to work there, to see the entire selection of Balloons they have and I was told to pick one out and she would get it. This continued on for several minutes until she got annoyed and told me, I was Rude. Really…in what way, being a customer asking a simple Request?? I would never spend money in here anyway Absolutely disgraceful"
"I'm a little confused as to why it seems like they only have one self checkout register working when there is a long line? It feels like they don't care about your time and would rather save a couple cents on electricity costs and waste 10 minutes of your time instead. Maybe they're selling out too quickly and they think wasting people's time will help them make less money? Just a bizarre situation I can't make sense of."
