"Worst 711 I’ve ever dealt with in the United States. They constantly get my order wrong. They are always free styling and sending whatever they want instead of what I actually ordered. And you wanna call to make sure ? Nah, they have their number disconnected. What a joke"

"The employees are always rude. The cashier, who appears to be from Pakistan or India, took my money and checked if it was real. Then he tried to switch it for fake money, but he saw that I was watching him, so he didn’t proceed. He then took an excessively long time to find my change and seemed to be trying to avoid giving it to me."

"This store says it's 24 hours but it's not. The employees close the store when ever they want. I wonder if the owners even know that the store gets shut down for hours on a consistent basis. 711 is supposed to ALWAYS be open. This store is terrible. If they need to close the store to "clean" why is it always random times. If you try to go between 1am-5am there is a 50% percent chance they are closed. If the owners are aware the employees are closing the store they should update the hours. Must be a pretty awesome place to work, if you don't feel like working just put a sign on the door that the store is closed and go take a nap."

"every time i go the slushies are either not working or just completely empty. The store is always 3x hotter inside then outside on a 80° day. Semi-rude staff who always give dirty looks."

"Good for quick coffee and munchies but don’t expect much for the taste. It has quite a variety of snacks, especially for a quick breakfast like muffins, croissants, and bagels starting from $1.49. They also have hotdogs, taquitos, and similar food. Coffee is only 79c. They sell lots of cigarettes, chips, drinks and gums too It’s strategically located near Astoria-ditmars Boulevard subway station so it’s handy for commuters"
