"Great customer service, lots of items to shop for, and quite knowledgeable. My only issue was that there was only one person working and it was pretty busy. But he did do a PSA to let customers know it's a bit of a wait. Not too many items for PS4 as well."
"I dont know why this places have to closed on rush hours ,they call me to pick up something and when i go to the store its closed ."
"Today on April 11th, I just left out of this particular gamestop feeling offended because one of their workers Enso (a male Hispanic with a sideshow Bob haircut) showed cultural favoritism to one of his fellow Hispanics by allowing him to skip ahead of me on the line when I was waiting long before he appeared in the store and began assisting him like I wasn't there even after when I protested the affront. I only held my temper because if I hadn't it would've escalated to something else. It was only after when the other employee present (Raven) offered to help me because she saw how vexed I was. If not for her intervention, I wouldn't have held my tongue for much longer. The customer service at this particular location has become less than satisfactory compared to how it was years ago. Raven is the only exception. I also don't like how they still expect you to pay full retail price for items with considerable damage to the packaging that it's kept in and won't offer you a shop worn discount as partial compensation. As an avid collector, box damage decreases the value of most things. I'd give a half star if I could because this is a tainted look on GameStop overall."
"If I could give zero stars I would. Other than the store being completely bare with a strange smell and workers just standing around talking about how annoying the video games playing on the store tvs are. After standing at the register for 10 minutes the young lady by the name of Ash ? Was very rude and disrespectful towards us giving us a hard time over a warranty item ASH wasn’t aware she store carried. She tried to tell us the warranty was no longer the same and the item was damaged. (The item comes apart & goes back together) After telling her this she goes on to tell me she has no idea what’s sold from her store and forced the headphones into the box as she continued sarcastically repeating to her co worker and laughing “learn something new everyday”. We buy the same headphones and the same warranty. This was the first time hearing about a Warrent change and given such a problem about it. She also told us to go back to where we bought the item initially because they aren’t apart or the same GameStop as her policy in her store. I never heard of anything like that before. Regardless if things did change from a month ago til now I can’t begin to explain the blatant disrespect and cruelty she found funny as well after asking for her name! I’m in shock that someone can work in a place like that and have no regards for people."
"Extremely bad customer service! The gentleman by the name of Nicholas/Nick was supposed to open up at 11am and ended up opening the store at 11:10 AM on a Sunday. So I waited, and when he finally opened the door, I greeted him good morning and was very kind to him. He walked straight to the back, left me in the store alone for a good 30 seconds looks like he didn’t want to work and had a big attitude. I was there to do it a trade-in for my console. He claimed I was missing a piece when I wasn’t but it looks like he did not want to work. And I was so clueless of why he had such a bad attitude problem. This is one of the worst GameStop to do a trade in with bad customer service."
