"All I have to say here is the staff are really good and helpful. They’re nothing but polite, especially the white girl at the front cashier"
"Edited - 5/27/29 • Updated my review based on the positive changes I've seen at the store lately. - The drive-through has been open regularly and well attended. The lines inside can still be rough, but you can at least tell the employees are trying to handle it. - Prescriptions have been getting filled a little quicker than they had been, though it still can take longer than you'd expect. _________________________________________ I had been using a different CVS nearby that was unfortunately shutdown for whatever reason, and this was the default option to move prescriptions to. Here's some quick takes about my frustrations with this place: - I have never once seen the advertised drive-through open since moving here. There's always a sign on the window claiming lack of staff or another excuse. If you go inside, there will be 6-8 people working in the pharmacy...so...color me confused. I've had to go-in WITH COVID to pick prescriptions up because of this. This is probably the case for many others as well and it makes me want to swap my prescriptions to the Rochelle Park location... - You will wait on line for 20+ minutes without fail. Even worse depending on the time of day. The organization is pretty bad. - prescriptions are seldom filled on time. I realize they just absorbed another stores customer base, but with the volume of staff behind the counter in genuinely shocked by how slow this place is. You will be quoted a time but it won't be ready until hours after. Brutal. - They absolutely will run out of medication and delay your prescription. It will happen. Again.... Never had this issue elsewhere, so color me confused. + For the most part, the staff is friendly enough. There are two people here in particular that I find to not be all that friendly, but the others do what they can. I want to keep giving it a chance, but I really might just move to another store further away to avoid the headache."
"I have had nothing but wonderful experiences in this CVS, both upfront and with the pharmacy. I don’t understand how some people can have such a bad time with the staff in this location. I had less than favorable experiences with the pharmacy when a different manager was running the pharmacy. Since he left, the pharmacy manager and staff have made drastic improvements. The front of the store has always been top notch. In the past, I wish that people that wrre posting negative reviews were able to distinguish between the pharmacy and the rest of the store. This store continues to be my favorite CVS hands down."
"Always a bad experience at this pharmacy, is always something going wrong here. Staff and supervisor always rude, medications never ready on time, most of the time medications out stock at all times. Drive through been closed for months do to short staff apparently. They need to get more organized and take some costumer services classes including staff supervisor and managers, people go to you to get a medications because they sick last thing a sick patient or family member needs is dealing with this nonsense."
"Worst run pharmacy Ive ever seen. Had to wait 10 minutes just to drop off a prescription due to long line and person at dropoff window disappearing. Was told had to wait 15 mins for scrip. Went back 25 mins later. (Now 6th on line for pickup) Was told it wasnt ready, and should come back at 2:30. ( it was 1:10) . You see, they close the window from 1:30-2:00. With 7 people behind the counter you would think they could stagger the lunches. No concept of customer service. Back at 2:15, 5th on line again. Got out at 2:25 One hour and 45 mins to get 2 prescriptions. The manager of this place should be fired"
