"Avoid this location at all costs. Extremely rude employees that refuse to help customers. I dropped my 2nd day air package off 4 days ago. After checking the tracking number the past 4 days, it still says "shipping label created". I went into the store to try to figure out what happened to my package. The employees behind the counter were completely unhinged - saying they can't help me. I asked to file a claim - they refused. Now, I'm in the process of filing a police report. Never seen anything like this. Edit in Response to Sam Roney's reply: Hi Sam, thanks for following-up as I tried to resolve this in-person with one of your colleagues but it's hard to speak when someone is sarcastic, stand-offish and rude. First, thank you for now, essentially claiming we never walked into your store to drop off a package. Actually shocking that you would write that. Second, your associate did not provide the receipt, and it was a grave mistake on our part not to ask for one as we are now involved in a game of he said she said. Third, when we called to ask if you could check the cameras, you confirmed to us that you saw my wife dropping off the package. Now, you are saying my wife never entered my store and are shortening the time window we asked to check your cameras. I'd suggest you save the camera footage from 12/12 between 1-4pm ET. Fourth, I have called UPS and the UPS Store customer service numbers. They have both told me that the local UPS Store CAN initiate a claim but most will say they can't because they do not want to deal with it. However, the issue is I can't submit a claim if the tracking number just says "label created" which is maddening because no one has the decency to go above and beyond and check on the package. It's easy to paper push it on to the next person or just say call a 1800 number and file something online. Ultimately, your reply to my original comment is indicative of how you view customer service and your business. As a franchisee, customer service is the only competitive moat you have to differentiate yourself. I hope others reading this will see that your approach is to brush off a customer's concern, especially with a package valued at $1000. Happy holidays to you too."
"There was a line out the door when I arrived and there was only one worker at the register so I was fully expecting to spend 20-30mins in line. To my surprise the queue was going pretty quick. I was in and out of the store in 5 mins. The employee, named Drew, was efficient and friendly. Thanks Drew and UPS!"
"This review is solely for UPS not the employees. Super over priced. I went to print out a simple text report. The self print machine "doesn't work" so you have to have an employee do it. To print 2 pages of plain text would be 30$ because "changing the font size makes it a design"."
"So I don’t really know what happened to this location. It used to be good I was given such a hard time about the packaging of an Amazon return like I’m reading in the other posts it’s packaged with the original packaging and was told it couldn’t be accepted. How could that be it was sent that way? After waiting several minutes as they upsell the people in front of me My best guess is that they want to upsell everyone to buy an 8 dollar box on new packaging as a money grab beware. Just wanted to make my return not get hit up with a sales pitch. Will go elsewhere"
