"I spoke with a female pharmacist this Wednesday at about 1pm about my new prescription and was told that it was received by the system. She told me that it would be ready in 1 hour so I did other things. When I didn't receive a notification on my CVS app. I started to wonder what had happened. So I went into the pharmacy today to pickup my medication and was told by a different pharmacist that no record of my conversation had been made and my medication was not ready! He had to go through the computer and then said if I waited I could pick it up. What is going on with this dept."

"I had an absolutely horrible experience at the local CVS Pharmacy. My doctor submitted a prescription at 9:45AM to make sure that I receive it as soon as possible and start the treatment. When I arrived at the pharmacy at 12:15PM, I was told by the Pharmacy Technician that it was not requested. I called the doctor and confirmed that it was submitted. When I came back to CSV at 3:30, the same technician told me that it was not processed yet, and she is "Expediting it" At that point, I escalated the issue to the pharmacist, who upon looking at the computer, confirmed that it was ready, and was able to give me Packed and Ready medicine. Technician bluntly lied to me when I was asking her to provide me the medicine. She has done it multiple times and delayed my treatment."

"Change the computer system, please. CVS is so consistent in their inconsistency. This is not the first I got a notification telling me my Rx was ready and today was the last day to pick it up. Spoiler alert- it's already been reshelved! So why is the computer system sending out those messages??? People don't enjoy coming to pick up prescriptions as it is! Don't make them come in for no reason."
