"This was by far the worst customer service experience I ever had. I would never expect to bring a package with a ups label on it and then be told that they refused to send it out. I spent 15 mins inside the store trying to figure out how I could send my package when it was boxed and had a label. I was debating on just going to another location. He wasn't willing to give me any ideas or assistance as to how I could send my package out instead he turned me away. He said "delivery is one thing but pick up is another." I was then forced into making a purchase to be able to send my package out. The attendant would not even help me to get the package on the scale or turn it on the right direction. He was unaccommodating and unhelpful. I will never be going to that location again. Returns are supposed to be hassle free especially when you print your own label. He was trying to refuse my package at all costs. He was serving everyone else there but me. I'm not sure if this was a racial stunt. There were customers apologizing because they were getting assisted before me. I was served by an older Asian gentleman. I made sure to get a receipt so he could not sabotage my package."
