"Prices and selection are okay for me. It's the layout of the exits and the parking lot that annoy me every time I visit. One of the pedestrian walkways is far away from the exit and both are paved in stone. A smooth surface would have been better for rolling carts. Also, the parking lot is excessively sloped and by the time I get to the car with a loaded cart I'm exhausted. It's beautiful but not so functional."

"Wow, what a store is new. It's a very nice place all modern. friendly staff knowledgeable staff. Store is handicap accessible and wheelchair accessible walker accessible and jazzy accessible. The store is packed with all the amenities you need. The bathroom handicap and store are clean. Plenty of parking handicap accessible wheelchair accessible walker accessible. Entrance way is slightly confusing in and out . Front structure should have been able to be addressed from both sides right and left you seem to go to one side more than the other side cause of the accessibility."

"I really like this new ShopRite it’s very modern and very nice looking. The outside is really nice. The parking lot is nice the landscaping is beautiful and the inside of the store looks much much much better than the old ShopRite of Fairlawn. It’s very modernized way bigger and way nicer."

"They forgot over $25.00 worth of food when I went to pick up my mobile order I placed through the app. I initially didn’t know until I was home unpacking all the bags. The only solutions offered were a credit back to my card or a GO BACK and pick up the missing items from my order. There was no offer of delivery. No sympathy towards the fact that a good chunk of the order was missing. I went back and waited over 10 minutes in a noticeably empty pick-up parking lot. I walked up to the pick up door, waited a little bit til someone came to the door to assist. When I was given the bag of my forgotten items, FOOD WAS STILL MISSING. How upsetting!!!! It took 45 minutes to finally get all of the food I ordered. I believe who helped me was Marsh, and she was absolutely wonderful. Their old location was no good, and their new one is just as bad."
