"Worst pain doctor ever. Basically told me I was too young to be on pain pills and need to learn to live with my disease and pain. Basically said the only way to stop the pain is to jump a bridge. I was tricked on trying suboxen for pain and when I told her this she said that was a lie and a doctor cannot prescribe it for pain. I let her know this same doctor put me back in opiates as it was the only thing remotely helping. She said I was lying when my doctor won’t release me for surgery and said I only want to stay on pain pills when he was the one that referred me to her. She said my disease makes me a liability for opiate abuse. I sent her an immediate stop letter and let her know if I were to commit suicide her name will be listed so my husband knows who to sue. She was horrible!!"

"First she isn't a doctor she is a NP and is required to work under a doctor, by NY law for Workers Compensation requirements. When I saw her it was under Dr. Bagnall guidance. Dr. Bagnall had prescribed me hydrocodone and she other opioids but forgot when a urine test was done. I had been seeing Dr. Bagnall since 1994 and never had a bad urine sample but with Ellen she forgot he prescribed hydrocodone and under NY requirements I had to go to rehab for drug abuse! She could have owned up her mistake but didn't. After that I began recording our appointments. In 2016 I informed her I was applying for my NY medical marijuana card and was one of first in NY to obtain one. Ellen went ballistic as she did paid speeches for big pharma pushing opioids and marijuana was a no no. She threatened me if I got a card she would no longer prescribe me pain meds. She screamed marijuana has no medical pain relief or places like Roswell would be prescribing it? Does she not understand it is on the scheduled I drug list? Not very intelligent or saw it as a threat to her paid speeches! I was able to get off all the opioids with very little side effects using marijuana. And have been getting excellent pain relief. Acting as my own comp lawyer I got NY to pay for the marijuana. I still have these audio recordings and will be creating a youtube video exposing her hypocrisy.."
