"Very odd going to a medical office that is so disorganized, rarely returned calls and the counselor cancelled two appointments with less than six hours notice then cancelled the future sessions because the cancelled appointments. THE APPOINTMENTS WERE CANCELLED BY HER!?!?"

"I've been going to the location on Hertel Ave for about 6 months now. And I honestly don't know what I would do without Rebecca!!!! I love seeing everyone every day and talking to Rebecca, has been a life changing experience for me! I never thought I ever could live without stuff but she's helping me to live without it all! Thank you Rebecca for everything!!!!"

"I want to give zero stars. I went for counseling for terminal illness. After nine months I had a family session. During the session they claimed I was there for drug recovery asked me to submit drug tests and told my family I failed drug screenings to be admitted there. All untrue. I told the counselor I’m not there for drugs I’m here for depression because of terminal illness diagnosis from hospital and she told me I wasted nine months being there and threatened to end the session. I’m both confused and outraged. 9 months of therapy nobody mentioned drugs. I don’t even drink and I take a bunch of drugs all prescribed. I never completed any evaluations or treatment plans. The staff is unprofessional I’d literally have to remind them during my sessions that my depression isn’t limiting my activity my illness is and breathing exercises won’t fix things like copd. They might not just be ineffective they may be dangerous"

"This place destroyed my belief in therapy. It’s already too hard to find good therapy and the people here are really good at pretending to care, so good that me and my children spent over a year here. This place has no goals and will sooner send a bill. I felt it getting too expensive because my insurance would only cover so much time and this place knew that but just started asking for money instead of warning me and making a deadline. They insisted on continuing treatment even though the medication had no effect. After several attempts I finally got the therapist to agree that the treatment was unnecessary but several weeks later I got a visit from cps."

"Jane, my child who is ten years old, counselor called CPS on me because my home-schooled son did not have paper and pencils for a tele-health activity. Stating that she conferred with her supervisor Melissa Walters, and got the go-ahead. Paper and pencils and stating that I was unstable were the conditions that CPS were called. Do you want this to happen to you? A supervisor, Melissa Walters and child consoler Jane threw my ten year old son under the bus despite knowing my sons background for No Apparent reason. I thought you were only supposed to call CPS if circumstances were present that would hurt the child. Not here at Horizons. Very unprofessional and unethical!"
