"This is the third specialty pharmacy ive worked with due to insurance changes. The first two were great, but Noble has been unbelievably bad. Poor customer service and follow up. Last communication with representative was unacceptable and shockingly unprofessional. Noble needs to take a look at operations."
"Well, here we go again. Noble has had my new script for 9 days now, still not shipped. When I called two days ago I was told it takes a while to “build my profile.” The person on phone told me to call back in 5 days to see what progress has been made. 5 days??!! How do they continue to get away with this extreme level of incompetence!! When is KPH going to step in and review their practices. If I called 10 times, I’d get 10 different excuses as to why my medication hasn’t been filled yet. Don’t bother emailing, as they suggest, don’t bother calling, as they suggest because that will just infuriate you and get you absolutely no results. When this same thing happened a few months ago, they put me In touch with a “supervisor” whom couldn’t hear me on the phone because a baby was crying close by??!! I’ve got nothing against children or people working from home but …………….this is nuts. The level of incompetence at this company is nothing short of alarming! I have gotten 3 different explanations from 3 different people in the last 2 weeks as to why my medication has not yet been shipped. Not my insurance company’s fault, not my doctors fault and according to the last rep I spoke with “not her problem” but MY fault as I was supposed to call to have the medication released for shipment. These were the new procedures and I should have been aware of those procedures even though not one person has EVER mentioned that to me, not one time, period. I guess I should have dusted off my crystal ball to foretell this change in procedure. This is a company that does not care about their customers made glaringly evident by the total lack of knowledge their reps display. I thought about requesting to speak to a supervisor but after speaking with 3 different, totally incompetent reps, I seriously doubt there is a supervisor that is any more competent or knowledgeable. I take an injection every two weeks and for the third month in a row, my medication is well over a week late which means my injection is now over a week late which means I am experiencing joint pain and mobility issues and as of yesterday, the medication has STILL NOT SHIPPED!!!!! Seriously, what have i got to do to get this shipped?! So what now, I have no idea what to do next as calling or emailing is obviously not the answer. Drive to Syracuse perhaps? If I do drive to Syracuse am I able to pick this medication up? Don’t ask the person on the other end of the phone, they can’t answer a question of that magnitude or level of difficulty. Their parent company, Kinney Drugs, is a big presence in this part of NY. Their headquarters being only about 30 miles from me. I guess my next move is to call corporate for guidance. Do better Noble Health, you are an embarrassment."
"Worst pharmacy in the entire world. Run by idiots, managed by morons. The call takers may be the lowest level of intelligence in existence. Like other reviews state they are unorganized, incompetent liers. Nothing gets shipped correctly. They never do what they say. They invent rules and cite laws when it's convenient for them and then break their own rules constantly but never when it helps the patient. They waste your time and delay shipments of prescribed medicine in an effort to save their company money. Very evident. You could call three times and ask the same question and get three entirely different answers. Very unprofessional. I feel like I'm speaking to someone who doesn't know their job EVERY single time I call. I really have a hard time understanding how they can stay in business operating like this. They are clearly the lowest bidder for companies seeking cheap insurance coverage. **UPDATE -- Nobles response includes an email address pretending to care but no one answers that email. So like I explained previously: You guys are the lowest form of human life in existence."
"Sloppy, unorganized, unprofessional. Be prepared for constant babysitting to make sure they send what they're supposed to be sending you. I've called four times to have something that was prescribed to me shipped. They stated they would be emailing me a notification when it shipped. They never shipped it. No notification received. I spoke with a Monica there that may have been the most difficult service representative I've ever had to deal with. The lack of quality this business delivers is ... impressive."
"This would be a 4 or 5 star review based on my experiences when I first started using this pharmacy, but giving 2 stars because things have definitely fallen off recently. To get started, I can’t recall the last time I received my medication on time. The estimated delivery dates given through the text service are never met. That’s forgivable, as lots of things can arise that may delay a shipment, so that doesn’t really upset me. The more upsetting issue is the lack of communication between the pharmacy staff and patients. For instance, a few months ago my medication was on back order (again totally normal and understandable) But I received no phone call, text, or email informing me of this. I went several days assuming the date given through text would be met. It would have been nice to have a heads up that my medication was not coming in by my requested date, so I could seek alternative options with my doctor. Another instance is when I ordered a refill through the text service on Thursday, expecting my medication on a Tuesday. The following Thursday rolls around and still no med. I call to find out that they hadn’t shipped it yet, because they were waiting for me to call to answer a questionnaire about how I’m doing on my medication. HOW WOULD I KNOW TO DO THAT? Again, no call, text, or email from the pharmacy to inform me they needed to speak to me. A completely avoidable situation that ended up making me go without my medication for several days. I genuinely worry for people on medications for more serious indications than mine. Also I am a pharmacist and have managed several high and low volume retail pharmacies. I think that’s why this whole situation upsets me so much. Being proactive with communication is one of the most basic skills when working in a pharmacy. It’s always better to over communicate rather than under communicate. The good news is that this is an easy fix. But there needs to be conversations that involve the entire staff on a path forward, and there needs to be some level of accountability. I trust you all can get back on track and I’ll be happy to update this review when I see positive changes have been made! Also as a general tip, it’s probably worth removing the line following a text refill that states “Noble Health Services will contact you when your order has shipped.” I don’t think that has ever happened, so no need to include that"
