"I don’t think I have ever had a worse doctor. My husband and I both have her and cannot wait to change. My husband takes ADHD medicine. While on a work business trip, a coworkers car was broken into and all my husband’s stuff was stolen, including his medication. Even with a police report she wouldn’t give him even a partial fill. She basically offered us a too bad, so sad attitude. Also, she refused to explain why and wouldn’t talk with us directly. I even asked for a non stimulant kind to help him and she refused that as well. My husband’s job requires hyper focus and attention to detail and she gave us zero help. She doesn’t care for her patients and it shows. Why is she a doctor?!"

"Went in for lower leg pain and swelling (no cause for this, no trauma or injury) had an ultrasound done and was told they’d call me with results. The results call came in the same day maybe an hour later. They told me I didn’t have a blood clot (phew) then told me to “ice and heat it”. I asked them what was wrong with me and the answer I received from the LPN named Latasha who has zero bedside manor - “nothings wrong with you”. After telling her I wouldnt accept that as a diognosis (that I paid for) she hung up on me. THE NURSE LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME. This pain has been going on for a month now and only gets worse. Thank GOD Latasha and Julie King are in the medical field... without them we might actually get to find out what’s wrong with us when we pay for their services. Julie King and staff don’t see patients to cure their ails... they get them in the door, take their money, and refer, refer, refer. I’ve never been more taken a back, as I have after having experienced a visit to Julie Kings office at St Joseph’s associates. This place is a joke and the laughing stock of Dr offices around the baldwinsville area. Do yourself a favor, and stay as far away from this place as possible."

"She's nothing to write home about. She was running 45 minutes behind came in barely spoke to me and she was gone. How do you get behind when you don't speak to your patience"

"Went to her to find a new Primary Care Provider and help with pain management. It took her 3 months to realize she forgot about me (I had to initiate the conversation to remind her) to get her to refer me to Rhumetology. Then over the 6 months following refused to work with me on management of pain until my appointment with RA. Completely refuses to see me about any other medical issues, and basically tells me it's not her job to see me and is constantly referring me elsewhere. Pretty awful GP."
