"Tough to have a positive experience when I never saw a human. The website does not recommend nor require appointments. My PCP sent me in for lab work Saturday. No receptionist or lights at the desk. A kiosk to sign in and TV screen telling me there were zero patients waiting and three appointments. I could wait, but was informed ( by the kiosk) I my have to wait beyond closing. Their door says close at 12, online and recording says 1. To think I was told to go here so results would be faster!! My doctor wanted results Monday regarding stroke risk. Now I have an appointment Monday to be drawn. Back to lab Alliance for me! People are treated like stupid cattle here. This is healthcare?"

"I have had easy & pleasant experiences at this facility. I have never had to wait over 5 minutes to be taken and have been treated kindly. This is my go to for my blood draws."

"My god, had my urine screen done on 8/15 it’s now 8/24. And still no results have been sent to my Dr. Glad with god willing I’ll never have to go back to this location. I’ll drive 100’s of miles to avoid quest Lab Corp here I come"

"Zoey, a young lady working there was just a kind & helpful person. I went their by accident instead of where my provider had said misunderstanding on my end, yet Zoey took time give me fax number & my provider was able to send the referral to Quest instead. In addition I had to take a urine sample and shejust treated me like a patient. Because of the service & compassion of Zoey I will always request any further tests at Quest in Bville."

"I arrived around 9:45am on a Saturday and only waited maybe 20 minutes. I did not have an appointment. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kayla for my visit. She was extremely professional, patient with me and my lengthy blood test lab requisition. She made my experience very comfortable and at ease. I have to get blood drawn every six months and I am not very good with needles, I tend to have anxiety with them. I always ask for a butterfly needle and Kayla assured me that using a straight needle would benefit me better and she gave me a sound reasoning. I felt comfortable enough to where I trusted her judgement. The bedside manner and care Kayla gave to me today while taking my blood surpassed any other I have ever received. She got me to calm down and take my mind off the needle and as she told me, I did not feel any pain! This never happens! Usually these things are painful for me and my arm is typically sore after. None of that happened this time!! I will definitely use this facility again and will not hesitate to let others know how awesome this place is. All because of Kayla!"
