"Been a customer for 12 years without a single claim and never even late on a payment. Get a letter stating my policy will not be renewed due to deteriorated shingles on my home. My roof don't leak, don't have any claims and the roof is in the exact same condition when they insured me. Horrible customer service and had a new insurance company 15 minutes after getting this letter. Lots of better companies with good customer service. Also, if they would have called me I would have told them my roof was being replaced a week after that unprofessional letter. Figure I'd attach the photo with the new roof 2 weeks later and not even give them one star but you have to."

"Be careful with this company. A few years ago a vehicle hit by house and took out my front porch. I called my agent who immediately sent over a claims adjuster. They asked for 2 quotes for the repair which I provided. Central Coop refused both quotes and i never heard from them again. I contacted my agent who then contacted the company covering the vehicle that hit my house. This company came within a week and I had my check within 2 weeks. I finally heard from the Central Coop in December asking if we got this resolved. The accident was in July. They never returned a single phone call I made to them. There appears to be no structure and they don't seem to care about your claim, only taking your money."
