"Worst run practice I have ever encountered! Been waiting 2 months for lab results. Made numerous phone calls and left several messages on portal. Phone calls not returned and messages still say "have not been seen by staff". I have even called their complaint department and they have not returned my call. Would not recommend anyone use this medical organization if you value your healthcare."

"I have been with my Dr for almost ten years now and if it wasn't for her I would have left St. Joe's physicians a long time ago. Dr King is amazing, but the front desk staff and anybody else that you have to deal with over the phone is just terrible. There have been many occasions where the ladies at the front desk would just sit on their phones, talk to each other and ignore you, as you are standing in the waiting room to check in for your appointment. They are usually rude and very short with you. I get it, if you have a ton of patients in the waiting room and you are super busy, but this usually happens when the waiting room is empty. This is why I now prefer the patient portal. I do everything via the portal. From booking my appointment to sending messages to the nurse or my Dr. If you are already signed up for the portal I highly recommend doing everything through there rather than call. The call center reps are always rude, keep you on hold for ten minutes or longer and never relay any messages."

"This rating is not for the actual physician but for the terribly run practice. I would be so ashamed to work for this place and I've worked in healthcare for 15 years. You never call and actually speak to someone, you get put through a call center, to then be told that they will give the office "a message." After 3 "urgent messages" were left I'm looking for a new practice. Dr W is great when you can actually see her, but you can't get in to be seen for anything WHEN IT really matters. This is the reason that the ERs and the Urgent Cares are overcrowded, because people can't get into see their PCPs in a reasonable amount of time. Absolutely shameful."

"Dr. W is a very nice woman however the office is poorly ran I waited 3 weeks for a call back after calling 5 times. Not only that they sent my prescriptions to the wrong Pharmacy after I had just left their office and gave them my updated information. To even get a message to them you have to go through a call center this is crazy to me seeing as how I work in a doctor's office. My very first visit there I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before a secretary even showed up at the window to check me in. This is by far the worst doctor's office I have ever been to."
