"Their online prices and the in store prices don't match. When asked why.. their answer is lackadaisical and uncaring. Half the time when I order the food order is incorrect. When I call to complain I get a snotty response back. I ordered a Breakfast Sandwich on Bagel. They asked Everything or Plain. I asked for Plain. I received a Breakfast sandwich on a hard roll, and I mean hard. It was inedible. Horrible do no recommend."

"First time ordering. Pizza had very good flavor and a nice crust. Unfortunately it was very light on toppings. We ordered our pizza with pepperoni, onion, olives and mushrooms. The amount of pepperoni wasn’t too bad but there were very few onions, olives and mushrooms."

"The antipasto salad I just got at EOS went above what I expect. Mixed greens, not just iceberg lettuce and plenty of cold cuts. These were even cut up already, making it all quicker and easier to eat on my lunch break. NOW I know where a d*mn good antipasto is hidden! EOS is Buffalo's best kept secret! Ooops. But that's okay. Come here for the best takeout, people!"

"This business has made its mark. I’m not sure how they do it. They have the kindest staff with the cleanest space. Combine that with the food being outstanding. Awesome to see young people take such pride in a business. I walk out impressed every time I’m there."

"Everything I've ever ordered from there is absolutely delicious. They have the best breakfast wraps in the morning, you just need to be there before 8am if you want one readily available. If not, the staff will make you one fresh. Every single person I've met working there is friendly and has a smile on their face. Excellent convenient store/sandwich shop!!!!"
