"Unlimited member. Here’s my last 3 visits to this place. 1. No drying available. 0 precipitation. 2. Wash closed. Light snow & 31 degrees. 3. Packed. Line is 30 min long. I finally get up next. Employee then turns off sprayers for some reason right before I drive thru. She says I will get sprayed further up. I never get sprayed. I get home and there is still salt all over my vehicle. Some rubbed in to the paint by the towel dry. I then came back and waited another 40 min for the car to actually be clean. This is what happens when you don’t pay a living wage and put high school kids in charge of literally everything. You get horrible service. Not to mention it’s always closed when you need them and they still haven’t managed to open the detail shop until 7 PM again like it used to be before Covid. I am now actively looking for another place to get my cars washed."

"Easy in and out. Traffic flow was excellent. Low wait time. Separate lines for car wash off to side. Plenty of space between pumps to avoid crowding. Easy access to Thruway on and off. Signal light to reduce road congestion. Excellent selection of stores and restaurants nearby. Prefer to turn right out of parking lot for easy access south to Abbott or Union to avoid heavy traffic intersections"

"Absolutely horrible! Paid 40 dollar for an interior clean and they didn’t even bother to even try. I asked them to go over it 3X and this was still how it looked. All they have is people who don’t care at all to do what their actual job is which is clean a car. Never going again. Delta Sonic gone SUCH down hill. I’m canceling my unlimited wash as well.. I left my center console thing even open so they wouldn’t forget they literally just closed it! No one cares to do anything right. How can you send a car out like that and think it’s okay??? NEVER going back or recommending Delta to anyone."
