"It's the pharmacy that makes this Rite Aid so bad, the staff for customer service is awesome, competent and knowledgeable but trying to reach anyone at the pharmacy is nearly impossible most of the time."

"Like the layout of the store but the employees working here are another story. You really shouldn't have cashiers working that wont greet you or even look at you. Customer service is non existent."

"This place is a disaster. My elderly father lost his license to drive since the summer I have called to see if a prescription is filled a half dozen times and ben on hold for a hour each time I think they hang up the phone when they can't keep up with there work which seems to be all the time. My father is about to go on a tip out of town for a few weeks and today they weren't even open because there was no pharmacist, he needs his important prescription filled before he leaves. I think the main issues is they don't have enough staff and smartest solution is to close some stores there a three more of the same chain just down the road then you can relocate your workers to one or two locations and actualy have the staff to operate your business better then a dumpster fire then it is now."

"My pharmacy is on Union and Losson road. Usually they are really good with all the prescriptions I get from them. They were out of my scripts and needed to send me to this pharmacy. I just called to check on them and whomever was on the phone was so nasty and just rude. I don't know her name but she answered my call at 11:47 am on 8/23/2021. If I wasn't a patient person and a bigger person than her, I would have told her where to go. Rite aid, check out who you have answering the phones and talking to your valued customers. I spend a lot of money with rite aid but that can change very quickly if I ever have to deal with that rude person ever again. I would like to add that when I went in to pick up my scripts that the pharmacist, I'm not sure what his name was but he was the most helpful, nicest and very caring individual. Even though I asked for my scripts to be filled when I called and the mean lady answered, when I arrived at the pharmacy over 2 hours later they hadn't even been started. But the pharmacist (the man with the circular glasses) stopped what he was doing to fill my scripts that I needed immediately! He was polite, professional and he saved me $14.00 on my scripts. This man turned around my entire day. He literally made my outlook on this pharmacy change instantly. I would like to thank you sir for making my day a better one and for changing my outlook on your pharmacy. Whoever is reading my review, I went from giving this pharmacy 1 star to 4 because of this amazing man and the good work he has done."
